OBEY + ISLAND SNOW

Window display and invitation design for a special engagement with Shepard Fairey at Island Snow and an exhibition at the MOCA Honolulu.

In 2005, Shepard Fairey teamed up with Art Official to produce a three-part designer surfboard set. He revealed two Artofficial “OBEY” 6′0″ short boards at the launch party at Island Snow Ala Moana, which remained on display for two months. The third board an “OBEY” classic style 9′ 8″ noserider was on exhibit for the duration of Shepard’s exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Honolulu.

We were given freedom to use and treat the OBEY art as needed to design and build out the window display and collateral.
